I am the Property Manager for Priority Property Management based in Gillette, WY. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of office/retail properties, restaurants, commercial properties, as well as over 450 residential properties which include multi-family homes, townhomes, and single-family homes located in northeast Wyoming and Laramie WY

I grew up in the small community of Moorcroft, WY, after high school I moved to Gillette where I started my career in sales. I was a sales representative for an oil and gas supply company for 5 years. In 1999 I accepted the opportunity to partner with an investor in a downhole artificial lift business for the fast-growing coalbed methane industry in northeast Wyoming. I purchased my first commercial shop in 2002, and a year later became owner of the downhole artificial lift business, until 2006 when my company was acquired by a large oilfield service company from Texas. I stayed with the company for three more years working up to the position of V.P. of Artificial Lift Division, but in 2009 I resigned to stay closer to home and spend more time with my children. Soon after, I began acquiring real estate and building my own portfolio buying land, buildings, and rental houses. In 2011 I had the opportunity to purchase a historic building downtown and converted it into a wine bar with executive office suites upstairs. For the next several years I managed the wine bar while also being the handy man for all of my rental properties. With the sale of the wine bar in 2015 I took my property management skills to the next level. I was hired by the Broker of ERA Priority Real Estate, Josh McGrath, to start their Property Management division.

With more than fifteen years of property management experience, I have managed all types of properties, I have strong administrative skills, a deep knowledge of contracts and property accounting, and excellent communication skills. I am responsible for initiating and dispatching work order requests to contractors and following up on those requests with tenants, working with contractors on bids for projects, overseeing the local accounts receivable and payable functions, maintaining lease data, preparing property budgets, and overseeing tenant relations. I have the capability to build long lasting relationships with clients and I understand the dynamics of managing and overseeing day to day operations. I look forward to bringing these skills to our client’s needs.

I have also gained extensive property remodeling and restoring experience from overseeing several large projects on established buildings and houses throughout Gillette.

I hold a State of Wyoming Real Estate License and I have worked under ERA Priority Real Estate since 2015 and I have a great appreciation for the Property Management industry. I enjoy keeping track of trends, updates and developments. I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and I am working on my Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation.
